The "free" live casino chip not working and ofc like every time this happens live support also down...again.. quite convenient 🙄 how about just put some effort making your site running better instead of pushing out a bunch of "goodwill" bonus sh!t that nobody wants in the first place. Side note: yall said i get free sh!t so now i want my free sh!t even to its pure sh!t

Was playing on Pragmatic's Rock Vegas slot last night, got the bonus and won ca 199€. However when i return from the bonus back to the base interface the winning's not added. This is just crazy, never experienced anything like it. No game freeze, No lag no nothing. The cash just did not appair in the balance.
When i contact support, there is a system msg already explaining Unibet is having teqnicial issues(something im hoping explains the problem and will get fixed) what worries me though is that there is absolutty no gaming history from the duration of about 30min playing this game, not on my account, and not in the game itself.
Has anyone experienced something like this happening before, and or can anyone from the Unibet support team explain what has happen?

We are 2 customers of unibet in this household and non of us have never been treated with such ignorance and total disregard of respect that Unibet manage to do the past days. Today just went beyond my wildest imagination..
Not only do they let customers buy tickets for there "amazing" super sunday bingo game, but when the game is about to begin it shuts down and we are given a "system failure" msg.
To Top it all off there is no records what so ever about any purchase being made for this so when contacting support they systematically ask for a screenshot and claims to know nothing about anything. "Dont worry dear customer, you can already buy tickets for the nxt game"... Never have i experienced that you should have to take a screenshot of every purchase you make with unibet, in fear of being scammed...
Adding this shameful display to a series of other questionable actions made by Unibet i really hope that someone calls your bluff and makes Unibet answer for your despicable way of treating your customers as trash

I register to the campaign about 50 freespinn on deposit, used the deposit option on the campaign and deposit money... No bonus spinn on my account. And when i click to get a hold of support the site wont open. Why is it that its seems so hard getting these bonus offer right, but the accepting my money is the easyest thing in the world. One would think that when you get a bonus offer that the least you could do was to get it right, but noo!! 9/10 times its a endless hasle of contacting support and practicly beg on your knees to get what you originaly asked for. Why is that, is dealing with the money laundering accusations keeping the staff running full capasity so everything else gets no priority? Or is bad customer service Unibet new slogan - regards very unsatisfied customer

Got a tickets to the community reward 1000€ game but it says the ticket expires in 2 days, and the only game option i have for usage of this ticket starts 25/7. Can i please get some help on extending/replace the ticket before it expires?

Hi. Yes i tried that, as well as 2 other device without any luck. Im well aware things been bad before, but reading the community post's today it seems like things took a turn from bad to exit scam bad just in the last week or so... Do i as customer, or any of us for that matter have reason to be conserned about being scamed one last time before Unibet wash there hands of this schell and set up shop under a different name👀
