Im also waiting for a while now. Took the withdrawal 10th and 11th og January. Its very frustrating to wait that long for a withdrawal. Support keeps saying we cannot verify by chat. ID was verified fast, all the relevant documents where sent in. Now im just getting frustrated for misguided time. Like why does it say 3-5 days when you want to USE 10+

I have been waiting since 10 and 11th January for my withdrawal. I have sent in all the necessary documents that you have Asked for. My withdrawal is on hold, and it kinda sucks to wait so many days when it says 3-5 days. I understood that there might be some delay in the verification system. The ID was accepted right away. Still waiting for the cards
