  1. After couple of days I haven't really made up my mind yet what I think about this site, and especially its first impression to new customers. First, the customer service. Is it mostly outsourced to community members, or are there actual employees among them? Is helping out others somehow rewarded? The chat option is hard to find and it seems that it is mainly targeted for issues like closing account. And email support? Message to info@unibet.com came back like a boomerang. The other thing that seems odd is the tickets given to a customer. Sure, ticket to a 500 euro NLHE tournament sounds nice, but when you look at the top prizes and find them to be PLO-tickets, and considering that most new players probably know only hold'em and haven't even touched to PLO, you have to wonder the logic behind this. This is merely my observation...
  2. Among other things new players are rewarded with a 10 e cash ticket to 2/4 cent tables. When I'm entering a table I'm presented with a choise to play either with cash or with a ticket. So my question is: if I enter the table with a ticket or with cash, has my opponents made the same choise (meaning: does the software select same kind of players to same table), or is it always a mix of cash and ticket players on a same table? In my opinion playing with cash against ticket players can be a bad or a good thing.

  4. Hi, I just opened an account and decided to look aroud and see what's on the table. But when I try find small holdem games via browser I can't find them. Navigation to cash games > holdem only show games from 4 euros up? Seriously? Do I really need to download your software to find rest of the games?
