Agree to a degree mate but the one thing I don't agree with is allowing the bet settlement made in error to stand, just like if my bank makes an error they will make damn sure they retrieve it back from me which is only fair in my opinion. Cheers once again guys if nothing else this saga has educated me a little on the process and potential pitfalls!

Yrs they finally did the right thing, still not happy with how the problem was dealt with though , does make me wonder if i hadn't of worked out the settlement was at 80 minutes from the proof report, would it still have been resolved in our favour Oh well thanks guys for the support and input. @JeppeL if what your saying is true which I still say is a ludicrous way of treating people, about the rule on first UEFA match reports are the settled bets regardless of errors, then why was @Calin bet for shots on goal reversed correctly today? Seriously it's like you make up the rules as you go along, thinking about it that would mean as the match report was sent from the 80th minute mark many bets would of been settled incorrectly, correct score bookings etc, this is just so wrong in so many ways, I really don't know how you can defend such actions

That’s true Calin i was checking UEFA.com at the same time and things seemed correct , if these incidences really are needles in haystacks then why can’t out of a simple idea of good faith and integrity settle all bets since they are so few and far between or maybe this is the point they are getting more and more regular . Why doesn’t Unibet.com state in small letters since its obviously true , before punters make a bet let them know there is a small chance even if your bet is a winner you won’t get paid and the losing bets will , this needs to be highlighted in the press or something or spread on social media , people really should know about these things

One final thing, vthe greatest kick in the teeth was the operator taking great glee in imploring me to count the numbers in the red box telling me in block capitals YOU LOST , I swear you couldn't make it up, such poor set up here

So yeah here's the proof from the inept people here, just leaves a really bad taste in the mouth the whole affair, you can quite clearly see they settled on 80 minute stats, Oliver Skipp who came on and got booked isn't even in the stats, I give up crap company crap service

Ridiculous, of course human error., mistakes happen but wow just wow so to avoid disappointing the ones who were awarded the money in error the ones who should of rightfully got the money lose out. What's the point of betting in the future here then not only are we taking on the odds but we're also relying on an incompetent service getting it right.

Hi TDW thank you for your consideration, I agree with you but I can accept human error, but what I can't accept is going out of your way to prove a falsehood it's disgusting, you made a mistake own up too it don't try to pull the wool over my eyes.

Surprised nobody else is concerned by unibets disgraceful behaviour here, until I see otherwise they've blatantly tried to commit a fraud here by knowingly giving me false and misleading proof to get out of correcting their mistake, all they had to do was own upto their mistake ,apologise ,rectify it and all would of been okay but no they create a false picture to justify their ineptitude.

But yes Calin absolutely dumbstruck how I'm supposed to do a forensic operation just to show them the clear facts and get what's rightfully mine, how stupid can their trader be giving stats for 80 minutes and settling bets on a full game .

Agreed anyway I spoke to Andrew a decent chap who agreed with me that the photo proof shows stats for 80 not 90 minutes so he sent it to the relevant trader who hopefully will finally resolve this correctly

I see what they did now the photo he sent me was for the stats after 80 minutes I swear it's a joke so unibet are now only considering match results for 80 minutes not 90 ?

I said as people can see it's 26 , 12 fouls by red star and 14 by spurs, then he said check your email the photo we sent you has a different result so on this photo they changed the fouls made by spurs to 9 not 14 , I'd post the pic here but not sure how, it just stinks

Just silly, so what's the point of having a bet with unibet on tonight's football, are they going to say Cluj beat Rennes 2-1 if I bet on the draw?

This is really frustrating, email I get no response, live chat with Romanian agent pointless , just robotic responses refusing to even look into my complaint, the bet was clearly settle incorrectly and the lack of communication or care is inexcusable

It should do I just expect transparency and bets to be settled according to correct results. Are you Romanian Calin I talked to their customer service as I have a .ro account and they were even more dismissive trying to act like I was trying it on

By the way Calin if you check the unibet official statistics they state the fouls were 12:11 so they say 23 and 21 on my betslip they can't even agree amongst themselves

Not really as there could of been an own goal for instance but anyway I checked UEFA says there were 5 shots on target, god knows what unibet come up with

Same happened to me but unibet customer service said they won't budge, what can we do this is ridiculous? Before I place the bet it clearly states bets are settled according to UEFA.com official match report which clearly states 26 fouls were committed, customer service will only tell me there providers say something else? This is crazy I watched it with my own eyes counting the fouls I checked all sports site just to know I wasnt going crazy the only site with a different result is here, explain please unibet
