Hello! I am asking for help about a withdrawal problem that i am having. It is quite a large amount of money in question so i am worried that i might be blocked from my winnings. It has the on hold message that they would send an e-mail about it but i haven't recieved it. I asked live chat, they were friendly but only said it might be because of night time which i understod, but now it's a brand new day and i still haven't recieved a message, or any other confirmation that i will get my money. 

So the question is can somebody confirm that i will recieve my money?
