As I said previously to be odds on for a jackpot and to have it freeze never to return is worthy of some kind of re run. As this can’t be done 10 free spins isn’t a sufficient replacement. Also to reach this stage after 3 weeks isn’t great either. Any user of this site would surely agree with this.

In my opinion the only solution to this issue is a re run of the bonus round at its original stake - or the last 7 spins of the round with the 1 space left to hit the jackpot, after all thats where I was when it froze. If this cant be done so be it. I have no interest in free spins on a game ive never played.

Not really... What happened to the last 7 spins? Where are they? I was 1 space off the Jackpot with 7 spins to go and you have provided nothing to show the outcome. After 2 weeks as well. Its a very poor response in my opinion

Thanks Unfortunately what you have sent is incomplete - it only shows 16 spins out of the 24 It shows I hit 11 spaces out of the 12 needed for the jackpot with 8 spins to go - it also says its complete after the 16th spin - which is where the game froze. Where are the last 8 spins ?

Played Time is Money slot Friday morning..... Just kept spinning during bonus round - 2 spaces off jackpot with more than enough spins to hit it ( it had paid out twice earlier when playing the game in exactly the same manner ) sitting there like a mug watching the slot turn and turn - re logged in and nothing!! - like I had never played the game. 2 phone calls and eight hours later grand total of £22 in my account - was sitting on £150 if round completed nothing wrong with my laptop , not my problem - phone call said it was a winning round and was on system -cleared cache and cookies as asked waited five hours for £ 22 Would like to have seen bonus round play out and what it paid rather than wait for some random amount in my account with no explanation whatsoever Really poor response, Really poor resolution
