I've put into the chat yesterday to get these refunded from the 16th and no reply yet. Are you able to sort this please? Also you refunded me 6 £1 hexapro tickets to which i used but 4 of them games kept stalling/crashing

thanks @Stubbe-Unibet for your response I was refunded my hexapro buy ins, but since had another 6 out of the 9 of my £1 hexapro games refunded, failed. Can you look at that please. I won't be playing again now for a while thought it'd be better now

@Stubbe-Unibet are you or infact anyone dealing with customer issues? It shows you're offline and there's been no problems on this thread resolved for last few hours. Are you actually the only person dealing with issues? When will you continue to if so?

@Hotzonicu  of course i'm serious. You talk as if Unibet is some small family run business out of their garden shed? It's a massive business! And in them knowing there was a big problem, you'd expect they'd ensure there were a few extra people asked to go on shift. Pretty standard stuff. Also bit hypocritical using this thread for posting your opinions on the capabilities of Unibet customer service, then berating people for asking for their money back.

i've now had (and continue to) a total of 9 £1 hexapros fail on me

I had problems with 5 seperate £1 tournaments and sit and go's thursday/friday where it kept going down

i've had issues with a £1 tournament last night and multiple freerolls today and yesterday where i was doing well then couldn't take my move
