Hi, I’d appreciate anyone who could allow me to join the exchanger as I have a €10 Unibet Ticket that is going to expire in 7days and want to be able to use it on a €5 Unibet tourney 

True ‍♂️ considering 1st place was over €40, all I had was 32k stack and balancing in middle positions lol but I guess some money on top of buy in being given back to us is better than nothing... to an extent.

Hey man, I think you were the guy with over 110k stack? I felt the pain but to be tops and encounter a crash I definitely can’t relate to  

As for the compensation I got like €0.76 from Unibet. 

But I do hope you hit some nice hands/boards in the next upcoming Freerole cause that is a gut shot really and we all were blinding out smoothly for that bleeding money

Yeah, I’ve experienced my 2 hole cards disappear and all betting controls during a tournament. 

 

I was expecting all icons to reappear eventually so I waited, since my phone does lag from time to time when the cards get handed out during preflop, 

 

A fast log out and back in solved it thankfully. But who knows what cards got folded during that glitch  

 

Also, this was on an iPhone.

I remembered a few weeks back during a Texas Hold ‘em tournament my 2 hole cards disappeared and the timer was still depleting. 

 

As my hands were being folded continuously, the cards and all betting controls were gone so I had no choice but to log out and back in very quickly. This did luckily solve the glitch. 

 

My devise is new so I can’t suspect a performance issue from my end to be the cause of it. 

 

Anyone else experienced this annoying bug? 

Teethgrinder, thank you for the information of Unibet’s T&C’s in regards to how yesterday’s problem will be compensated. Glad to know this and I was in a Jackpot Freerole tournament and it would’ve hit the money phase, before this dreadful crash occurred. Ruined my game and scrumptious poker-time tea. 

Well sir, I wouldn’t like to be in one of these high rollers and get another server crash. I know they’re not common, but still food for thought.
