Only just seen your reply what happened to 4 spins I had left to complete 

It's just really annoying that £60 is taken yet they won't offer me any compensation for it when it's fault on their end not mine 

After all this happened in Friday night I asked on live chat if I could still play on casino as normal about 1am on Saturday when on genie jackpots see if it unstuck the game and I did just one 60p spin aswell

I can see the withdrawals successfully processed in our systems. Depending on the method you used to withdraw it should be in your account in a maximum of 3 working days, Bank transfer taking the longest time. If you used a VISA, the money should already be there.

Hi Ray yes I withdraw ba k to my visa card nothing there yet before when I have bet with company bet365 money went in at 4pm so wondering would that be same here as its not in my account yet 

Just wanted ask something as today I withdraw money at 3am by 5am it was processed so do you think it would go in bank on Tuesday
