Yuo need to chill, its not Unibet.

Its the regulatory authority.

If unbiet just let you have the money without asking for this documentation they could face a heafty fine and their licence could be under review.

I tried to familarise myself with the site a while back and found it confusing.

Ive tried again this week  and it really is confusing.

Let me try explain.

I tried a tournie, I seemed to start with 10bbs or something , i didnt notice it was a 10bb tournie, but lets ignore that. Im not complaining.

Back to whats confusing,.

So, I stare at the message, and there isnt a "client below", see, im confused about the site anyway and the message tells me to click below, so , now im more confused.

But , i get over this and open the client myself and click promotions, its not too difficult.

and I find this,

This is clickable, so I click it, but it takes me to the home page and no freerolls as expected.

Now, dont get me wrong, im not here just looking for freerolls, ive deposited £30 and am happy to play through it, my point is, link dont lead to where they seem to promise , its super confusing.
