Hi, i make 4 live bets this week to win the 5 euros free bet to the promotion Summer weekly free bet club. I contact with live chat for the issue, and the answer was that i already give the 5 euros free bets. I respond that i make a multiple bet last week, so thats why i receive a freebet of 10 euros and 5 euros. The 10 euros freebet was for the promotion 4+ TEAM ACCA INSURANCE, and the 5 freebet was for the promotion MULTIPLES BET AND GET. And i receive both free bets the 17th, and i make the 4 live bets the 18th, how i going to receive a freebet before i complete the 4 live bets? It should be after. Well, the guy in live chat don't understand that, or just don't want to. So, i friend tell me that here the people is not obtuse.Can somebody help me?
