    Yeah this is realy weird because this only happen to me since i reached elite. Before that everything was working fine. But let me just tell you that after this you will get this problems every week so dont be stressed

    I had the exact same situation as you have.After a while the system starts to "fail".

    They will solve your problem but you will not have all the rewards like you deserved.

    How much have you bet in that week? for go elite its close to 10.000€.

    it’s causing me stress also and I was going to do the same thing but why should I waste more of my own time and possibly money over something that’s promised will only take 14 days max (for complex cases). It’s pathetic, I’ve provided all details now how does it take them over a month now heading into 2 months possibly longer if we start from way back actually to verify documents. These people either don’t want to pay out or aren’t even doing their job. Imagine other companies, they’d have it done immediately or within the time frame given. These people are thief’s! 

    I understand you perfectly.My case isnt solved either.I will wait until today then i will make a complain on kindredgroup exposing all the facts.I dont want to make no one in trouble but a house like unibet as to be a lot better on customer support

    To simplify its about the casino club promotion. i have always had my rewards when i get tier, in the week that i get elite (wagered close to 60k that week) wich has rewards of about 350€ there is a problem on the system wich excluded me  of the promotion.But then this week i get my rewards when im tier again....

     

    I think that this is print simple to me....

     

    There is no communication they just told me to wait this is 9th day of waiting.....

    And then you compare Unibet to a ilegal site and they are so fast validating accounts and solving problems.

     

    I dont think is lack of people i think they have no responsabilty on their jobs , because if this was their money or their problems they will solve it a lot faster

    In my case i will wait until the end of the day and then i will make a direct complain on the kindredgroup that is the owner of unibet

    Well all the help is necessary im afraid. its been 7 days and still no rewards, i wagered close to 60k.I tried the chat and the support but has been 7 days i think this is just too long

    To resume it i received my rewards on the 11 18 and 25th of april and the email with points ( i get tier that weeks) i also receive the freespins on wendsday and the free cash on friday with no problems.

    On the 2th of may i should received the rewards for being elite(60k wagered) and was not credit no freespins nothing.

    Today i received the reward for last week but not from the week 25th of april to 1st may.

    If you can help would be great 😉

    You cannot check points.In the begining of the week they send you a email with the points.

     

    Im still waiting for my rewards off the last week after i get Elite...

    Anyone here received the rewards from the Casino Club last week?

    Im waiting since monday for the support to give me my rewards dont understand why is taking so long.

     

    They said is going to be yesterday at 18CET but then they told me to wait
