Does anyone else have a problem opening Merlin journey of flames..

I got 30 free spins through a bonus on Friday yet I have been unable to open the game. I can get to the front page but when I press play for real it just crashes…

At least you got the odds boost i haven't even managed to get those recently... last year was ok but now its almost non existent...

Just a random one... Has anyone else noticed the lack of bonus offers or free bets etc on the sportsbook recently.. I understand that its now run from a different algorithm but the amount i turn through my account i find it strange that there seem to be little or no offers..

Mine has to... all sports betting has disappeared with the famous technical issues quote..

I think the problem lies deeper than a hungover worker.... I never received the bonus for going past 3 days earlier on and now the game from yesterday didn't register either... 

The same has happened to a lot of people and you would think the amount of times they have run this promo they would be able to do it smoothly by now..

I had it state the game was closed..  came up later on with todays question although i have yet to receive any free bets from it even though today will be day 5 streak for me...

Whenever they run this promo they seem to have various issues with it...

Worth a shout though it is xmas after all...

I can keep it as it is now for the time being. It just seems strange not to be able to open the offers at all.. I tried to clear all history etc etc but I think it might be more of an issue from your side than mine and language settings.. 

Why don't you try and put a free bet in there and i will see if i can use that

I don't mind using norwegian for a week or so its just nicer having it in english..lets try it out and see if it makes a difference.. never had the issue before now although i have noticed that im not always eligible for some promotions.

Im based in Norway using English based platform.. i cannot open my bonus offers.

It states I have 2 pending which also came up on my messages. Yet everytime i try to open them it just saus something went wrong try again.. does anyone else have similar problems...

I have had the same problem with the strekr free bets currently on day 5 question yet no sign of the free bet from day 3. At first i thought it might just take a fay to register but so far nothing....

I had one that money went out of my account the bet slip came up in my open bets then 2 minutes later was removed and cannot place a bet since... annoying is an understatement 

Does anyone else have issues placing bets this morning... everytime i try to place a bet it comes up with communication error...

As with other posts here the 3rd day free bet hasn't been credited to accounts can you look at it ??

I have the same issue as well.. it seems like they can get it running for a while but then nothing .... 

I have a correct tick in the day 3 box of the streakr promotion. In theory this give a free bet... 

I completed 3 days in a row yesterday yet still have not received the bonus for this... 

Also the match last night at 20.00 which was the next prediction still has not been confirmed and states check back later... is it me or does this seem to be lagging so badly

Thats the thing i was hoping to do both matches yesterday's and this mornings as you say with so few games on its tricky.... hopefully when the match is done later it will clear through...

Yes you guys managed to find the antidote yesterday and i was able to take part with a new selection.... I have the same issue today though stuck on yesterday's game saying check back later...

The streakr promo is struggling with coronavirus.... I started on saturday selected my pick which won yet i still have check back later for results... in theory i should have a new pick for today can you check into this as im sure im not the only one with this issue...
