Normally I would just ignore it, but that is kinda hard when it pops up alerts for jackpots on my nice game of proper poker all the time. Please give me an option to turn these silly alerts off, or better yet, turn them off yourself.

Played earlier today, it was fine, played just now, really bad lag again. This makes me think peak time high traffic is causing the servers to lag, but the fact no one else has mentioned it is confusing me. I play CS:GO which is very sensitive to lag and that is fine. Could it be a routing issue to where I am in Portugal? I'm not a techie is just know this can be a thing sometimes.

Yesterday and today i've had really bad lag when playing poker. No disconnects but really slow. My connection is fine on everything else. Is it your servers lagging, or something else?

Quick followup question. I withdraw all my money to Skrill to "close the loop" with the intention of using my new Transferwise account to deposit and withdrawl to. Turns out Transferwise don't allow any sort of poker usage on there accounts.... If I deposit using a Mastercard can I keep using my old Skrill account for withdrawls or would I need to use a bank transfer? I had withdrawn all my money from Skrill and would need to pay a fee to put money back on in (only 1% but still), while a Mastercard deposit would be free.

Does this work with bank transfers as well? i.e. if I withdrawl my entire balance to my Skrill (which I deposited with) and then deposited with Bank transfer I could withdrawl to the Bank?

When I recently tried to withdrawl to my bank rather than Skrill email Support where not very helpful about why I couldn't. Perhaps in future you could get them to explain, or have somewhere on your website an explanation of, the closed loop system.

While I was playing a €10 HUSNG my game bugged out. After one hand finished it just didn't load the cards for the next hand. Same thing happened recently (yesterday I think) but simply closing the table and reloading it fixed it. This time reloading the table, or restarting the client didn't help. I eventually got back in but was down to a micro stack and lost. On the previous occasion I think my opponent was also sitting out when I got back in, so I think it was a problem with the server rather than my side. Could I get a refund please?
