I dont like Hexapro. I don't like Banzai. I've not bothered trying Hexapro Banzai. Normally I would just ignore it, but that is kinda hard when it pops up alerts for jackpots on my nice game of proper poker all the time. Please give me an option to turn these silly alerts off, or better yet, turn them off yourself.

Played earlier today, it was fine, played just now, really bad lag again. This makes me think peak time high traffic is causing the servers to lag, but the fact no one else has mentioned it is confusing me. I play CS:GO which is very sensitive to lag and that is fine. Could it be a routing issue to where I am in Portugal? I'm not a techie is just know this can be a thing sometimes.

Yesterday and today i've had really bad lag when playing poker. No disconnects but really slow. My connection is fine on everything else. Is it your servers lagging, or something else?

While I was playing a €10 HUSNG my game bugged out. After one hand finished it just didn't load the cards for the next hand. Same thing happened recently (yesterday I think) but simply closing the table and reloading it fixed it. This time reloading the table, or restarting the client didn't help. I eventually got back in but was down to a micro stack and lost. On the previous occasion I think my opponent was also sitting out when I got back in, so I think it was a problem with the server rather than my side. Could I get a refund please?
