  1. I think you have heard from enough people what exactly the issue is but please say again exactly what you need to sort it.
  2. It's your end. We have all used the same devices continually for months or years. Now everyone on here having issues.
  3. It's the opposite of building suspense. If I know 20 players are waiting for a particular number then it's just disappointing all round. I highly doubt any bingo player would like the new format.
  4. First of all the new look bingo site is atrocious. You can't see your tickets at all on a mobile device and even on a laptop you have to keep moving your screen. Totally user unfriendly and an exceptionally poor design. But worst of all I deposited last night and can not play. I have tried two browsers on my phone and two browsers on my laptop and NOTHING is loading. What is going on?
  5. I absolutely hate it. It obviously had no user testing before being launched. Very poor show, you can't even see all your tickets. Are they trying to phase out bingo altogether as it's not worked at all for most of the last 24 hours.
