  2. They pay people to fix these things, and I am not one of them. Maybe if they were more generous I might consider allocating them more of my time, but I must have asked a question three times about the missing daily scratchcards and not one Unibet representative has even taken the time to allocate me one second to reply. It works both ways.

  4. I got one scratchcard for today, but I didn;t get anything for the last two days when I was unable to claim them but yes I can confirm that it seems to be working today.
  5. Every other website I use is fine, the problem is not with my computer is is with your webiste.
  6. I am not paid customer service staff, I do not deem it a good use of my time, especially when I would just be sending in the same as everybody else. The problem is not my end it is a website issue.
  7. Hello, I am going to the bingo room in exactly the same way I was two days ago. Then it worked, now it doesn't so it is something you guys have done. I am getting just a black screen no matter what room I enter and there is no schedule, no missions, no prize alerts, nothing the rooms are dead I have tried in Chrome and Firefox on my laptop. I will not be sending any screenshots I think it is not a good use of my time. How do I get the scratchcards I have been unable to claim, have they been credited and if so, how can I use them please? Thanks
  8. I try and log in every day and see what it going on here, it is only the last two days I have had trouble claiming the scratchcards. But I do think that by not issuing scratchcards when people can't log in to claim them would be saving them money for sure. Hopefully it is fixed soon as I enjoy a scratchcard.
  9. Lol, what the non loading version?? They must be paying you to say this, hundreds of people are reporting problems with it. Hopefully it is fixed soon.
  10. I can't claim my scratchcard for the past two days I get a blank screen, please can you credit my scratchcards and tell me where I can use them?? Thanks.. I have logged in today and yesterday and am unable to claim them??
  11. I wonder if it has got anything to do with the scratchcard promo?? I have tried to log in twice yesterday and today and not been able to claim my scratchcard?? Kindred playing the role of Scrooge at Christmas haha 🙂
