    This has been resolved by live support. Something was wrong with the free bet, it worked after it was re-added by support.

    I meant to say "betbuilder" in the title, sorry for the confusion. Free bet copy/paste in Dutch: €5.00 Free Bet VERLOOPT:21 JUN. 2023 15:53 Geldig voor : drievoudig en grotere combinaties, minimale noteringen per selectie 2.00, Bet Builder weddenschappen, Voetbal. Translation: threefold and bigger combinations, minimum odds per selection 2.00, Bet Builder bets, Football.

    Hi, I received a free bet of EUR 5 with the following conditions: - Football - Betbuilder only - minimum odds per selection 2.00 - minimum selections 3 I am unable to use the free bet, even though I meet all conditions. It simply doesn't appear. It is valid until 21 June. I tried a betbuilder bet on the Euro qualifiers and on Argentina's competition (just to try something else). For example: - Turkey wins - total goals >1.5 - goals by opponent <2.5 I also tried a threefold betbuilder selection with extremely high odds, but the free bet still doesn't appear. Can anyone please help me?
