Hello, Yesterday I played a deepstack tournament with a total buy in worth of 30 euros. Running great and had real potential to get to a payed place. After 3 hours I get the warning that my time limit is reached and that i can finish the tournament if i don't logout. Fine by me!. Shortly after I get my first crash. A white screen of death. Lukily enough after a restart my session was still ok 30 minutes after that another crash. And this time no session no more. I contacted support and the only thing they said we don't do refunds. So not helpfull. Atleast do a investigation where the fouls came from and compensate it if is your application that is crashing. So please investigate. For now i will stop playing with Unibet cause I don't trust you guys with my money no more. Extrixnl
