One or maybe 2 years ago I received sometimes some sort of bonus, but I have to say that it was a very short periode and since then I didn't receive any kind of bonus unless I won it..

I'm also sorry to say this @RayL but this system is not what it should be.. far from it..

Like the system in 'bingo'.. oh my god what is that all about? ALWAYS, allready few years, the same names come out as winners, especialy the free rolls.. I playd them allready lots of times and I did not once win even a single line.. but then there are players who's name come out every time..

And I don't need to be given the 'why's and how's' about anything, the people who share that information might have not even the true explanation themselves.. I just do know that it 's a VERY unfair system and that unibet really does not do much for their regular customers, and if so than they are the lucky few..

And also the points system in the tournaments.. impossible to check how these points are given with different type of games and when you ask some information or explanations to the customers service they never know anything besids the things we can all directly check ourselves... To bad I do like the variety in casino games + bingo + poker .. but that is the only reason why I keep coming to this website
