It is the right thing to do mate. What baffles me is this rule that you posted. I do understand that in some sports can be relevant but I don't think it should ever be applied to football. And not when it takes not more than half an hour to get the correct stats. Also, how the governing bodies are accepting these rules is a mistery to me

No mate. The shots on target for the spurs we're settled wrongly as well. The number written there was 3 even though there were 4 goals scored by Tottenham. And that bet was reversed today.

This notone is updated live on UEFA com.but I cannot imagine doing the settlement using this one as this one is available only 15-20 minutes after the match is finished. The highlights are updated live though. And the fouls were updated live. This one is more for player props I would say. As the official numbers fouls offisdes are updated and flashcore are for sure connected in a way to UEFA as they always have the same numbers there. The only ones having this report updated live are whoscored.com

Also, how can we know for sure UEFA sent the worng stats? It is a bit weird as I was actually watching the game and checking the status on uefa.com and flashcore and the statistics were updating fine. I wonder if you settled the match as 0-3 as the last goal was scored in the 86th minute? I am sorry Ray but I don't think hiding behind some rules is good enough in this situation...anyway you can probably do this in Europe as it seems bookies get away with everything here...from stake factoring to paying our at their discretion. can't wait to see Unibet doing this in the US.....

So basically you are saying the bet will be lost even though the official stats are saying otherwise? I think the best course of action will be to pay here both sides. This is what I will do anyways. I had a bet on shots on target that came as a loss and that one was reversed. Here I am arguing for a mate of mine but if you decide not to pay out a winning bet there is no way this is a fair decision even if you do have it in your rules

You are correct mate. The thing is that sometimes it is frustrating to chat with customer service. They don't seem to understand at all and all they can do is use some scripts..no empathy , no understanding just the same words over and over again. At least there is this community here because another Romanian bookie is refusing to pay me a winning bet placed 2 months ago.

they changed my shots on target bet and it is a winning one now. can you get in touch again witht the bet ID? they will change it for sure now

Yeah. I am from Romania. However, I got to cs early in the morning and they only said they will look into it. But it is still not resettled.

hey guys, for Red Star Belgrade vs Tottenham the total number of fouls was 26 but you have settled bets as loss stating that there were 21. Please review your decision. Also, Tottenham shots on target was settled wrong. You list 3 shots on target for the spurs but the match finished 0-4. This is really embarrassing. Went to live chat but not solved yet Thanks

Hi, why not payout at the correct odds? Not 36 but 11 or 9 or whatever. That seems the logical solution. And were only the odds for one team to win wrong or the other options were wrong as well? It makes a huge difference

I think all the betting companies should use common sense really. It is obvious that there wasn't 11 shots on target in that game. I had the same bet with a different bookmakers and they said the same. We use legaseriea. No empathy, no interrin to satisfy the customer. Anyway, it can be worse. Uefa considers a shot on target only if the goalkeeper blocks the ball or if it is a goal. So I had over 8.5 shots on target in Barca Liverpool and Firminos shot retrieved by Rakitic on the goal line was considered a blocked shot. Inches away from the goal line... absolutely ridiculous. Now, you guys should take a look a bit at soe justice refunds Paddy Power is doing. They are amazing and they show they care for their customers. Unfortunately, unibet and others don't.
