The 103rd edition of Le Tour will be a very demanding one with 9 mountain stages and two hilly individual starts. Among the four mountain top finishes this year are legendary mt Ventoux and Saint-Gervais in the mt Blanc massif. The cyclists will cross the borders of Switzerland, Spain and Andorra. Since Armstrong confessed, i have had a sceptic view upon all the tours of cycling. My money is on Quintana. When in a hurricane, some people build shelters while others build windmills.
