Void bet incorrect

I have a bet on a French game Metz vs Nantes.

A player I bet on has scored after 3 minutes and clearly started the game. The bet ID is: Coupon ID: 6434380111

This is a winning bet but says voided. Amazing how this only happens on a winning bet. Please correct this. I seem to have no way of sharing a screenshot.

The player is Van Der Kherkof.
