Why is my bet still open if the game is over?

One of the games in my bet still has not updated. I had the West Brom vs QPR with over 2.5 total in cards that should be correct and it still says "OPEN" and not "WON".

How long will it take to update? It should have updated cause the game was over yesterday. I asked the unibet support about it hours ago and still has not been solved. I aksed one last time about 5 minutes ago so I hope it updates.
