Net still no settled

I joined unibet today and have noticed how slow they are in settling bets and paying you money.

I won a bet at 18.05, its now 30 minutes later and the bet is still " open " even though result has been confirmed .

When can I expect the bet to be settled and receive my funds? I would have though they would be quick to give you them so you can place further bets
