When I start the program, I receive this error message: authenticator.kindred-pass-and-captcha-authenticator.authenticate.Cannot invoke "String.toUpperCase()" because the return value of "se.curity.identityserver.sdk.service.OriginalQueryExtractor.getQueryParameterValue(String)" is null" What could be the problem?
