Kicked Off Table For Chrome Update

Has anyone else had an issue where mid-play in a browser it just stops working?
This is in Chrome and there is a small image in the top-right and hovering over it mentions about updating. Try to launch again gives the same message, until the Update button on the Chrome browser is pressed and then it is fine.

But why does this have to happen during play!? Surely it would be better for the software to ensure the browser is up to date enough to work before play begins!
It happened just now during a cash game so I lost whatever I put in the pot I'm sure. And it happened not long ago on a tournament too.
In either case I couldn't have been playing for longer than an hour.

It really disrupts play.
