Hi, i just won a 50 eur ticket for the E39 UOS event in a superqualifier sat, however i was already registered to that tournament because i won another 50 eur ticket and i now i cant use the new ticket because is for the E39 only.

is there any way i can get an exchange for another 50 eur UOS ticket ?
