I was in the middle of 3x 2euro hexapro when I was locked out of my account due to a technical issue verified by your customer service team, 2 x 10 euro and 1 x 20 euro prize pool, down to 2 players in 2 of them. I have lost all of the winnings and the stakes for these tournaments, is there anything you can do for this?
