Can any one help? Account Limited/Restricted

I am new to unibet and to sports betting. For the past few weeks my account has been restricted. I am unable to place bets for more than 200-450 Rupees(Approx 2-5 USD). I have never ever won any big amount, infact I have been losing consistently on their casino tables. Whenever I try to place a bet lets say 1000 Ruppes on sports, the system won't allow me..an automated message Pops up saying the max limit is 238 or something. I have been with Chat & Email support for more than a dozen times and waiting for a resolution for past 10 days. Is this happening to any1 esle?? Can you guys please share your opinions or give me a rundown on why this is happening to a new punter like me? I understand limiting bets to $100 or $250, but $5, $10 is too low..there is no point in even placing bets

P. S - There are no restrictions on casino tables, I can go as high as I want.
