Dear Unibet,

 

Why are my bets on Leader Writer @ the 5th race at Windsor NOT refunded ?!

The horse never left the stalls and other bookmakers are refunded the bets made on this horse, yet unibet just counted it as a loss ?!

Please some explanation.
