Buying pieces of a coupon?

Not sure if this is the part of the forum to post this... but I would guess so.

I'd like a (community) function where one can buy/sell pieces of a coupon. Yes, I realise one could just make a smaller bet on your own with the same picks, but:

1) It's fun to root with someone else

2) It decreases variance

3) The coupon could have better odds than the odds availiable at the time

Unfortunately this is not possible, due to the regulatory requirements and rules we're subject to.
