Logout and Timeout screen broken, redirects to main website page

When you logout or timeout on desktop or android you end up on this screen:

And after a few seconds (or after clicking authentication) you just get redirected to the main website page:image.thumb.png.ebacd90648de2fb9ef3add5277f42ced.png
