So I won 14 euros. And now I when I go back to my unibet account I can't see any money apart from the intial 2.45. Soo yeah why is this.I didn't see any active bonuses either. A general comment: you'll only be able to see the money won from free spins, when you open a game. Once you meet the wagering requirement (Marco will confirm how much there's left for you to wager), the money will be moved to your cash balance, but until then, you can only use them in the casino. Valkyrie Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 @Aapeliif you got the freespins on a Net Ent slot, you can only wager your winnings on Net Ent slots - and you only see your total balance when you open one of those slots. Also, the line where it says "freespin bonus" on your account only shows the amount you originally won on your freespins. (It doesn't count as a regular bonus, so that's why you couldn't see any active bonuses under that tab.) The main balance on your account won't update until you've cleared the wagering - which is 25x your initial win - and the bonus funds have been turned into real money.
