The thing is, certainly lots of people are renting rooms in shared houses, and when they move somewhere else, someone is going to take their place. Let's assume that I've registered with some casino but then moved out and some guy, who happens to have some interest in online betting, took over the room. Landlord won't be switching internet provider every time the tenants change because he has no reason to do so,in which case the IP stays the same- and so does address, which would mean that I might be a reason for that guy to not only being unable to participate in numerous promos and bonuses, but he might also be banned from the use of that casino altogether. We might have even not ever seen each other in our lives, but he'd be worse of, just because most of casinos don't really understand the pace of the world we're living in, nor the fact that every single person has their own name, which they're required to prove when trying to open an account. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that "O'Connell,Brian" isn't the same person- nor, possibly any relative to,  as "Henderson,Susan". I've had a situation like this with PP, they banned me from promos and stuff, cause a guy who lived downstairs had first opened his account with them, and I happened to have moved to a room in a same shared house. I only figured that out once I've spotted PPs letter on the doormat, with his name on it. I couldn't be bothered to contact them for some explanation on this, most of the promos I've been banned from were sports betting which I don't really use. Still did some big wins with them, just wouldn't get +0.5 bigger odds on golf or sth similarly silly. Unibet probably won't let you get bigger odds too - or any decent win, since in more than a year and probably couple k£ here, I didn't win and been able to withdraw even a twentieth of what I've deposited, and as far as I can see, neither did quite a lot of people.

Now I only pop in sometimes to get my bonus 1£ chip, which usually can't be used anyway because of constant problem with "Something went wrong during loading the game" again and again.

I've already had problems with those 1£ free chips for Evolution games in the past, yet again I'm not able to play the game which is having trouble loading. Can someone do anything about it, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with that problem?
