Surely there’s an agent to contact ? I had two horses place last night but one was given as he didn’t when he did and bet was settled as a loss ? I also put a horse on today and the bet slip just disappeared once I put the bet on ? that horse placed too but received nothing back and betslip just isn’t on my account ? What is going on with this app!
