  1. Hello!

So I'm very curious about this, I understand that under the UK GC laws, all people under 25 must have a loss limit of £500 which can then be raised with a review of affordability and documents. I had submitted this and proven that my income and working salary is great enough to increase this, and this was done in November of last year. I have received an email stating my limit is back to £500... only less than 2 months after I had spent time waiting for the review etc.

I have never had this issue with any other bookmaker, some would call and check in etc, but none would lower a limit after I raised it, and especially not in under 2 months. I am tired of having to beg and submit documents to spend more money on the site, at the end of the day, I am contributing to Unibet, my account isn't a "winner" - yet it's so hard to spend more..? seems logical?

So what, I submit my documents again, showing that the money I spend on Unibet is nothing big to me, and in 2 months again I have to encounter this? I have accounts with other major bookmakers and never had this sort of issue.

I guess Unibet just doesn't want money and customers?
