For a "Poker Help" section the amount of help I've received since posting this (twice) is unimpressive

Playing the Neptune €50 rebuy at the moment. It got to the add-on break, clicked on "ticket" for rebuy which it gave me. Clicked on "ticket" for add-on - which it just ignored leaving me 12k chips short. Despite my having two €50 MTT tickets in a/c . And once the add-on box goes off (which incidentally it does ridiculously quickly rather than staying available for duration of break) that's it...no option to do anything.

Anyone know when the UOS leaderboards get paid out please? My €6 bankroll needs a boost!! 

The register button is greyed out for tonight's comp. Any reason? Not played these before.
