I've been waiting for the 26th day for the withdrawal, I contacted live support 3 more times and every time I heard the same answer that my account is being checked, is unibet support working at all? 

Waiting almost a month for withdrawal this is probably a joke for such a large site as unibet...

Hi, I'm using unibet over 6 months, in this perioid I did 1 sucessful withdrawal to muchbetter wallet but in 2nd try unibet requested additional veryfication such a seflies and adress statement which I sucessful passed. After additional verification I requested withdrawal to my muchbetter wallet and since 12 days I see this  "PENDING - Your payout is currently under review. See all required documents in the verification section."  However I passed basic and additional veryfication and I see "Verified Account Thank you for verifying your account. You now have full access to all Unibet features." in verification section.

I've contacted live support 3 times and everytime I got same answer that my withdrawal is under casual security checks and they don't provide more details. Does this security departament works only 1 day per month or why does it take that long for proceed?
