i even call my bank and i explained them the situations and they told me they can’t provide me with any staytement of that card because is simply VPAY card connected to Apple wallet and the only statement is my main bank account.

Is very frustrating that because, on apple pay you have 2 options, one option give you to add a debit card vpay and the other option is to add a visa card. i have only vpay card and not a visa!

If i have visa i would have send the statement already instead of sending 10+ emails trying to explain

Hello, i sm bringing this to here hopefuly i’ll have better luck.

So i have been asked to verify 2 cards, one is from revolut and the other one is a VPAY card connected to apple pay.

So after many emails and documents i have send they keep asking me for a verification of my card which i use in apple pay/wallet! 

I have explained to them countless times that the card i have on my Apple/Wallet pay is not a credit card but is a VPAY DEBIT CARD which means is connected to my main bank account is my normal VPAY card. now from what i have search the apple pay system it changes the numbers and keep hidden the informations of the card. Somehow the card which apppears on my apple wallet it different numbers than my main bank account but i guess that’s because apple changes it.

Cs asking me for a ownership of this card and i don’t have but i have all the documents and screenshots from my apple wallet and the transactions i had in my account. on the other hand i am sending them bank statements from my main bank account which is connected to Apple Pay and it shows clearly the deposits i have made and the hour i have made the deposits.

I don’t know how else i can say that i don’t have any visa card on my account, i have  a VPAY, so therefore i don’t have any ownership of the card i use in apple pay because is simply my main bank account.

Can you please help me out here, it’s been a few days now thank you
