    Bets i placed not coming up in My Bets section

    I placed some bets on horses today for ascott and all, and none of my bets are coming up in the my bets section. 

    This has happened the last few times and the only way I can see if the transaction has gone through is if I check my account transactions but I can't see the names of the horses or anything. Anyone know how to fix this?
