live chat simply say - its in progress.. no timelines

Over 2 weeks and no comms or response from email and or verification team

did this get resolved in the end? how long did you have to wait?

How long do these verifcation processes take, on your page it says 48 hours but max 1 week. but i am in the same boat as many others here and this is still in progress, can't access or withdraw funds or use the site whilst this is in motion.

I really can't understand why you can't request these documents if players have say a certain deposit limit , or not accept certain deposit amounts until certain verification has been completed and verified  I would imagine this would then prevent a lot of peoples frustrations with thie process?
