looking for some advice please. This review process has been going on since the 28th April. I'm getting really frustrated!

Today is the fifth working day it "can take up to", so hopefully it's resolved.

I've tried to make a withdrawal on the 28th and its been on hold since. I've had no issues depositing money or receiving winnings previously. Spoken a few times to customer support and have just been told "it won't take long"
(I also have all my validation done)
Any advice on what else could be done? Is there an average time they'd hold withdrawals? Many thanks Andrew

I have now been asked to provide a new form of ID which has never been previous mentioned. I've now submitted my passport, passport next to my face, a letter posted to my address from the bank, and now photos of the front and back of my bank card (not showing all the digits)
I hope this finally resolves the issue but I've a feeling something will come back rejected, then it'll be another wait of between 48hours and 5 working days
