Can someone explain to me how you actually contact these people? As far as I can tell there is no email and there is no chat option.

This usually takes minutes. Meanwhile, two months later.

Overall, gambling world is gambling, not only for possible wins to but also will you see your profit in case of winning. If you are willing to accept that, then you are good to go as gambler 🙂
