  1. I just made a deposit and I got an error message (about token..) this message is not uncommon here at Unibet, but it disappears and the money is transferred to my account in Unibet. This time, the meney is collected from my bank account, but NOT transferred to my bank account.

    My last issue with Unibet was that I never received my witdrawal from my account in Unibet. Who finally got my money - no one knows...  Unibet demanded me to send kopi of all my transactions in my bank account for several weeks in order to check out this issue - which is completely unacceptable due to personal information for me and other parties.

    So, Unibet does not take responsibility for a secure transfers it you want to make a withdrawal - which makes it uncertain if you will get any money if you win anything.

    Unibet charge your account at deposit, but do not secure that the money is received in the Unibet account.

    This is completely unacceptable. Unibet must be trusted. If not, how can anyone make use of your services...?

    In addition, I cannot find any phone number for client service to raise the issue to get it resolved.i am on iPad, it is possible that is is available at a desktop version.

    This leaves me with two questions. 1) Is Unibet now turned in to a scam-company? If not, when will the money that Unibet have charged my bank account be available in my Unibet account?

    (the withdrawal I never received, I have given up...).
