    It's been in progress since April 13th. If you can't speak to the relevant department then unfortunately you'll be getting a chargeback sent to you. You can't hold people's money for no good reason for over a week.

    You see how I have to chase this AGAIN? As nobody replies to me or keeps me informed. Useless company. I've contacted my bank who will be raising a chargeback to get me my money back if you cannot resolve this in your own company. I've gave you every document you need and still nothing. It's taken 7 days and you are now ignoring me.

    I've spoke to my bank and they're going to raise a chargeback if it's not resolved by April 27th. My bank have said how they shouldn't be holding my money when I've provided everything they've asked for and it's all my own money (just my deposit). They seem a useless company to trust with your money, I'm sticking with Sky Bet from now on!

  4. Unibet took my deposit of £10k completely fine and now are restricting me from getting it back. I submitted all of the verification documents they asked for a week ago and they’re still dragging their feet with giving me my money back. I initially put it in the betting account to use but now this whole process has scared me off. I’m debating to contact my bank and get them involved as they’re holding a lot of my money which is solely mine and no winnings. I’ve contacted customer support several times and keep getting the same old unhelpful messages. I need this resolved ASAP! Reading the customer reviews only worries me further as it seems like this company hold your money for as long as they want!

    I can see you've been in contact with regular support a few times as well. I get the frustration and how one might be worried if reading Trustpilot reviews or the like, but if you have a look through the cases on here, you'll see that everyone is paid, if they haven't violated the terms - sometimes it just takes a bit too long in more complex cases, when not all documents are sent in one go etc. We're listed on the Swedish stock exchange and got a license from your local regulator: you don't need to fear not getting the money.

    How did this end? I'm in a similar situation and still can't get my withdrawal processed despite it only been my money, and not winnings. They're holding thousands of £ worth of my money with no explanation as to when I'll get my withdrawal processed!

    They've froze my account too and need verification, submitted documents 2 days ago and still nothing. They're holding £10k worth of my deposit funds and aren't letting me withdraw it. Never using unibet again.

    I need this resolved today as I need the money back. I don’t even want to bet on your platform anymore. I’ll be contacting the gambling commission and my bank if you continue to hold a large amount of my money without any reason. Like I said I’ve gave you all the documents you need and you are still dragging your feet.

    Hi, it’s been 48 hours since I first sent in the documents and still nothing. I’m sure you understand that I need my deposit money withdrawal ASAP. Can you please chase this for me?

    I deposit thousands as a lump sum and as soon as I did so, they asked for verification, so I couldn't even bet. I tried to withdraw my money back into my bank to use elsewhere as unibet seemed a bit dodgy to me, and now they're holding my money with no explanation as to when I'll get it back. Bare in mind that this is all money from my current account that I'll need to use for bills etc. They've really put me off betting with them, so I think I'm going to stick with Sky Bet.

    How long did they put your account on hold for/freeze it? They've asked for bank statements and proof of income too, which seems a bit far fetched.

    When it comes to Trustpilot, you might want to check any other gambling company or really any site that doesn't actively encourage the customers to rate the business.

    I don’t understand how it’s acceptable to hold somebody’s deposit that they now wish to withdraw. I’ve given Unibet all of the verification documents they need and ID documents, and now I no longer want to even use the app to bet as it’s held my deposit and won’t let me withdraw it, yet Unibet were happy enough to take the money out of my account before asking for all of these documents.

    When you say there’s nothing you can do, what am I supposed to do now? You’ve got a large amount of my money just held, with no clear indication to when I will get my withdrawal.

Right, so I deposited funds into my unibet account, they then freeze my account, ask for about 4 forms of ID, proof of earnings and bank statements 🥴 all whilst not letting me withdraw my initial deposit (this is not winnings, it’s my own money from my bank account!), with no explanation as to when I’ll get my deposit back.

    I’ve contacted customer service but just get the same scripted replies. They’re holding thousands of pounds of my money without letting me have it back. Avoid them!

    I have submitted all of the documents they asked for about verification, but this is for betting. I just want my deposited funds back. I do not care about betting the money anymore.

    The trustpilot reviews on Google are also scaring me. I'm worried they won't verify my account quick enough, and I need the money back.

    Can anybody PLEASE help me? They have my money and will not let me have it back!
