What are my next avenues? IBAS or  the Gambling commission? or just generally social media? ... I've opened accounts with bigger betting sites/companies and had none of this sort of problem?!?

I have just spoke to Customer services on the phone..explained the problem and the lack of any communication regarding this.. they told me they had rang me on the 15th April ! 

  Unibet never said to expect a call prior to this and never tried to call again ?... Unibet chat has only told me to wait for an email which they've never sent.. With all the selling phone calls that people get who answers a call from an unknown number?? ..do you Jami?

  I work long hours in an insurance call centre and I'm not allowed to have a phone by my side because  I deal with banking/finance etc.. So a call would have to be pre-arranged!

  Where is all the courtesy in all this .. Im out of pocket in the loss of bets which i accept ... all deposits paid straightaway no questions asked! but even moreso out of pocket because I haven't been paid any withdrawals?   9th of April I made the withdrawal ..I've done everything asked card verified etc .. been emailed to say account fully verified ...no other communication apart from myself talking to Unibet chat and making a call earlier to customer services .. and still been told to wait?  

They haven't once contacted me regarding withdrawal or the questions i posed on chat.

Last email received was on the 14 April saying they updated my verification status and check it online..which i did and says fully verified and card ok... other than that its been me asking on chat last week which they told me i had to wait!

My account and card has been verified and have now waited nearly 3 weeks for my withdrawal to be paid... its 65% of my total stakes!... Unibet aren't out of pocket!.. Im trying to be patient "Chat" says it's in progress but thats it?  I've heard nothing from them nor had any emails requiring anything?!?

  No Barclays ..  Verification page says i am fully verified and card verified and  able to use all Unibet services but when i click deposit link it refers me back to verification page ... and no withdrawal paid for almost 2 weeks ? Thanks 

Hi My account verified Card verified but still waiting for my withdrawal and the option of placing bets etc which the site says i can but can't .. Ive talked on chat and got nowhere.. is there a number I can call?

Hi .. My card and account has been verified a couple of days now and it says I have full access to all Unibet features etc but i'm unable to deposit and still waiting for a withdrawal from last week to be processed?? how can i move this all forward please?   Kim

Hi... Im still waiting for my Bank card to be verified still after 3 days though site says usually 48 hours ..can't place a bet till it does and waiting for a withdrawal to be processed ... what can i do?
