The costumer service tlf is not in use aswell?? This is so abnormal, im sending a police report this smells scam long way

Now you reject my id? I sent the passport in HD quality picture? What is this scam site? I have open accumulators going where i cant Even see them anymore. And of course live chat doesnt work aswell 

So i have been betting alot over the last few days and all of the sudden this message appears everywhere and i cant Even see my open accumulators where one of them were already 6/12 done. What is this problem makes no sense? I figured it might have to do with verificiation so i sent passport and bank statement but i dont know.. i also tried verifying thorugh online banking but for some reason that was denied?
