  1. 20 days in.  Nothing.  Customer service email response is to state that they submitted my request to the repayments team who will be dealing with this soon.  I called and was told the same thing.  I 

    I've asked them to get the  repayments team to contact me which they won't do.  Absolutely woeful customer experience!

  2. I have made a withdrawal on 27/02/22 and this is showing as withdrawn yet you have not paid this to my account. I have supplied my bank statement as evidence and I have been given numerous promises of help.  Each time I contact, none of your staff are aware of my complaint.  What do n earth is going on?
