Ahhhh ok… if I put a bet builder on and the odds are 6/4 for it will this qualify?

I placed a £10 football bet with odds 2.0 or above to qualify for my £30 free bets and I still not received it a day later can this be resolved ?

When you place a qualifying bet, the reward will be unlocked automatically. The "several complaints" you have seen are likely similar to yours with people placing an odds 1.20 bet and expecting to get the offer. 

I’ve placed a £10 bet on a 2 team selection…  with a team 2.25 to win and another team 2.04 to win that means that’s qualified doesn’t it?

Avoid this sign up bonus at all costs… they done even give you the free bet after placing £10 on a football bet. Go elsewhere!

Still no sign of my free £30 welcome bonus after placing a £10 football bet… 

I signed up today deposited £10 and placed a £10 bet on the sports (football) and didn’t get my welcome offer? £30 free football bet and £10 casino welcome bonus… seen several complaints about this can this be resolved and can I be given my free bets please.
